EPOXY PAINT (TWO COMPONENT)

Requires a two-component reaction epoxy resin based topcoat.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Water is used in all kinds of wood and mineral surfaces in various industrial plants exposed to sea water, acid and abrasion. Resistant to physical and chemical effects.

IMPLEMENTATION:
The base material and the hardener are mixed in a weight ratio of 3: 1. Volume for application by brush or roller is 5 – 10%. For application by spraying, the volume is applied by thinning with 15-20% Epoxy Thinner. In multi-layer applications it should be at least 12 hours between layers. Wood mineral surfaces are primed with suitable primer. After the lining process, the final coat is applied 24 hours later.all kinds of wooden and mineral surfaces primed appropriate primers used as the final coat material.

CONSUMPTION:
135 – 145 g / m² or 120 – 130 ml / m² (one coat)
